GOLDIC Treatment
Press Release

SCROLL DOWN

During the last two years, it may have been easy for many of us to overlook any potential health problems or ongoing symptoms we’ve been facing. And now the pandemic seems to be easing, it couldn’t be more important to look after our wellbeing and take the necessary steps to help stop health issues from occurring in the future too.

With branches all across the UK, Pinnacle Global Health believes it is one of the few healthcare organisations in the UK which shines a new light on preventative medicine and regenerative treatments – developed to reduce the need for major surgical procedures by improving pain and restoring function. The company’s Manchester branch is based at the European Scanning Centre and Aset Hospital – specialising in a range of areas, including physiotherapy and rehabilitation, sports medicine, pain management, orthopaedics as well as general health and wellness.

The  Manchester Clinic is headed by Mr Fahad G. Attar, an experienced consultant in lower limb arthroplasty, knee reconstruction and sports medicine at the BMI Alexandra Hospital.

Regenerative treatment methods offered for patients by Pinnacle Global Health include PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections, N-stride, Bone Marrow aspirate, Fat Cell injections, shock wave therapy and hyaluronic acid injections.

One of the Manchester clinic's latest and most renowned evidence-based treatments is the specialised Goldic therapy - which is currently being used to treat patients of varying ages suffering from osteoarthritis, tendinitis and sports injuries.

The treatment was first developed in Germany and has been utilised in the UK for the last two years, now being effectively used by Pinnacle Global Health.

The Pinnacle Global Health Manchester clinic has excellent healthcare technology, including x-ray and MRI scanning machines for patient diagnosis

Specialist Knee Consultant at Pinnacle Global Health Mr Attar says: “Our Goldic therapy is an innovative regenerative treatment we have introduced to help improve the pain levels and function of patients with moderate and late stage osteoarthritis, tendonitis and various sports injuries without the need for surgical intervention.

“We have found the therapy helps many patients recover quicker from aches and pains, the swelling of joints, stiffness and poor mobility – helping them get back to routine activities and sports to lead more fulfilling lives.”

How does the treatment work?

The Goldic treatment is an innovative and intelligent regenerative therapy developed for treating osteoarthritis and similar joint conditions. The treatment is completely clinic-based and doesn’t involve the need for any surgery. After an initial consultation, the treatment involves approximately five 30-minute clinic appointments spanned across two to four weeks.

Patients begin the treatment by having their blood drawn, which is then incubated with special gold particles by Doctors, to draw out the healing factors which come into the plasma. After that, the patient’s blood is then further refined by the process of centrifugation and injected into their joints.

The Pinnacle Global Health Manchester clinic offers the goldic treatment to both old and young patients suffering from osteoarthritis

Patients have been known to feel the benefit and difference in their joints and mobility levels as early as one week of starting the treatment, and the benefits can last between three to five years. Roughly six to eight weeks after the treatment, patients are offered a follow-up appointment to monitor their progress. They then receive a check-up on a six-month basis to assess their pain scores and functional levels, and discuss any individual needs or concerns.
